If the honest answer is that your system is healthier than you feared, we say so and stop there.

What the triage is not

It is not a free estimate dressed up as analysis, and it is not a sales funnel for a rewrite. Refactoring, stabilization, modularization and doing nothing are all valid outcomes. The triage is profitable for us as a standalone product, which is precisely what keeps its conclusions honest.
